I can't believe how quickly this month has past! This was a month of many "firsts" for us. We took Erisy on trip to Disneyland to meet Minnie Mouse, put up our first Christmas tree, had our first Thanksgiving away from home (Bay Area), and baby's first solids. That will be a separate post on its own because it was kind of a big deal for us!! :)
But first: Here is a round up of videos that we've released this month!
We started a new series called Thirst-Days - where it's all about Drinks on Thursdays!
I'm also doing some fashion content and featured 5 fall outfits that I've been wearing lately, and of course all food all the time. Stay tuned because next week, we're launching a new series, every Monday!

My mom came to visit us for 2 weeks and it was such a blessing to have an extra hand to help with Erisy. It was also really wonderful for her to bond with the baby too since E was only a few months old before we left. Of course my mom had to spoil her and teach her bad habits like blowing raspberries and tongue clicking sounds, but it's still adorable. Nate's Dad also came down to visit us for one weekend. We enjoyed brunch together at home and took them to Eataly - the new hot spot in town! It was so nice for E to see so many grandparents this month.
What a coincidence that Erisy was Minnie Mouse for Halloween because the only character that she got to meet at Disneyland was Minnie! Even though Erisy is too young to know what the heck Disneyland is, I'd like to say that she had fun. No crying is a plus!! My sister's family spent the whole week there for their vacation, so we decided to join them on the first day of the Holiday kickoff at Disney. It was so crowded! We were happy to spend some quality time with the family though.
Thanksgiving was kind of a beast. Nate's aunt lives in Temecula and even though it is fairly close by, it took us 3 hours in traffic to get there on Thanksgiving day! I was a little sad because I really missed my family and wish I could have been able to celebrate with them too. I keep having to remind myself that we are here for new adventures and part of that means starting new traditions. Spending time with Nate's aunt's family was great - Erisy got to meet her Great Grandfather! That is pretty cool! We also got to see all the cousins and reconnect, which is always fun!
And now it's finally December. I have a lot to look forward to this month as we are taking a road trip home and spending some time in SF. It's funny that when I lived up there, I took everything for granted. The City, the traffic, the food, the people... but being away really makes your heart grow fonder. I can't wait to see all of my friends and hit up all of the old local spots at home. We are also booked up every weekend with friends / family in town in So Cal so there are many more adventures to be had here too! Until next time...
