A couple months ago I got to learn (in person!) how to make a decadent Chocolate Mousse. My friend, chef Guillaume Bienaime, opened an amazing French restaurant in downtown Palo Alto. His goal was to do away with the stuffy "fine dining" stigma so often associated with the cuisine and make it all about "Seasonal French Cooking," cooking what's in season and available in Northern California. Hence Zola has been an absolute hit.
And I'll just say from my own experiences that the food is unbelievable.
