At our upcoming wedding, we're having a huge dessert bar with 6 cakes, 4 pies, and cookies all over the place. I wanted it to be super pretty so we're using vintage cake stands, lots of candles, and floral arrangements. Flowers play such a huge role at weddings and I wanted to design a cookie that would tie everything together.
These Dahlia Sugar Cookies are perfect because they mimic my favorite flower and they're quite scrumptious as well. I didn't want to use royal icing so decided to design this with a pink Buttercream Frosting instead. I think it holds up well once the Buttercream hardens up a bit. Prepare a day ahead and it's good to go!
