Green Smoothie with Coconut Water

While the weather heats up, it's easy to forego your nutrients and hydration with something cool and sweet, like a milkshake or soda. Well in my attempts to keep health and fitness as a priority, despite the tempting advertising, I have found a great substitute in this Green Smoothie with Coconut Water. It's equally as sweet and creamy, and the coconut water is a super-hydrating miracle in itself! Find out how to make it in the video and recipe below:

Ingredients:
- ½ cup of coconut water
- 1-2 cups of spinach
- ½ cup of frozen strawberries 
- ½ cup of frozen mangoes
- ½ a med size banana 

Now add everything to a blender and give it a whirl until it's smooth and creamy. Now pour it out in a glass or two and enjoy!
