This homemade granola recipe is packed full of protein and all the stuff that's good for you. Quinoa, Flaxseed, Pumpkin seeds, oats, coconut oil, the list goes on!
I came up with this recipe combination because I was trying to think of a dish that would maximize healthy ingredients, while keeping me full. I had seen quinoa used in an artisan granola at a cafe I visited some time ago, so I was quite intrigued to use it in my next batch of granola. Lo and behold it was the perfect addition to an already tasty treat!
