Overnight Oats are perfect for a Grab-n-Go Breakfast during the workweek. If you're anything like me, someone who wakes up at the very last minute with just enough time to brush my teeth, do my makeup, throw on an outfit, and run out the door, Overnight Oats have become something of a treat to look forward to. I know I have something substantial and healthy to fall back on once I get to work.
What I love most of all about Overnight Oats is its range of customization and flavor. In this post I'll share 3 different ways to prepare it! The first is an Apple Streusel overnight oats with a crunchy Granola topping. It's the perfect Gall combination! Click the play button on the photo below for the full video recipe!
Next up is a Kiwi Passion fruit combo. This was inspired by a recent travel experience, where the chef paired Kiwi and Passion fruit in a Yogurt Parfait. I thought it would be delightful in an Overnight Oats recipe, and it was! The Chia seeds and Oats makes it more satisfying and keeps me full longer. Play the video below for the full recipe!
And last but not least, a Sweet Potato and Roasted Marshmallow with Pecans Overnight Oats. This recipe reminds me of Thanksgiving. I could definitely see myself eating this throughout the Fall/Winter seasons. It's so comforting and best of all, I love the extra bit of fiber that the Sweet Potatoes provide!
