From the ocean to the mountains, the past couple of weeks have been full of travel! Recently my work hosted a multi-day Food and Wine event down along the central coast of California. My job was to help set up and manage so we were busy hustling around Hearst Castle, Santa Margarita Ranch, while sleeping in Pismo Beach (photo above). A week before this work trip I coordinated a wedding due East, up in the mountain town of Groveland, north entrance to Yosemite National Park.
I've been finding it difficult to eat consistently healthy with all this travelling, especially during my work trip. I already knew we'd be eating out a lot for Lunch and Dinner, so breakfast was the only real opportunity I had to start my day right. I know it may sound a little extreme but I decided to make overnight oats in my hotel room (video below).
