Do you love cupcakes? I sure do! I love them in all shapes and colors. These Vietnamese cupcakes are special because they’re light and airy like a Sponge Cake but also because my mom used to make them for my birthdays in elementary school. I'd bring them to class and all my friends would gobble them up. They’re Vietnamese-style cupcakes, called “Banh Bong Lan” and they’re topped with raisins instead of buttercream.
