I remember the first time I stumbled upon the show Fixer Upper. Nate and I just celebrated our 3 month wedding anniversary and we were excited to start renovating our old condo. I was watching a lot of HGTV at the time and found this show that gave me sooo much inspiration for our kitchen. I wanted to do something simple, white, and farm housey. These are typical design elements that Joanna Gaines also implemented in her home transformations. I was hooked. But it wasn't just her designs that drew me in, it was her relationship with her husband Chip and their personalities that made us all fall in love with them. They are such a genuine couple and the way that they transformed Waco is really amazing. Unfortunately the only thing I knew about Waco was the cult suicide back in the 90's. They have really turned that place into a destination! One day I hope to visit the Silos. :)
In the meantime, check what I got from their new line - my Hearth and Hand Target haul! What did you get from there?
