Last week I had the opportunity to attend an event in San Francisco hosted by HP. The event was to celebrate the launch of the new red Sprocket Photo printing device. Bri Emery from DesignLoveFest hosted and our little project was to create little photo books with the prints from the Sprocket! Prints straight from the phone! I love arts & crafts but never really have the time these days, so this was a great creative activity I thoroughly enjoyed (with a fine Prickly Pear Margarita, Sushi, and Dessert of course)! Actually it was Nate's and my first night out since the baby was born, and we had such an amazing time.
The HP Sprocket is like the modern polaroid. You just send a photo from your phone via bluetooth and print it out! The device doesn't need any ink and I learned that it prints through heat transfer. Whoaaaaaaaaa! So cool! This would make such an amazing birthday or even Christmas gift! Hours and hours of fun. I LOVE this thing. Fits perfect in my bag :)
I'm thinking I could use this to print photos of Erisy everday. I'm super addicted to it and will put it in my purse everywhere I go. It's so fun and is definitely a conversation starter!! You can find more information about the product here.
