Hi Guys!! Lots has happened in the past month and I'm happy to say that I am an official LA resident. :) It all started after baby Erisy was born and we decided that it was time to explore. We had been saving up for a house in the Bay Area, but with the ever growing market, it was impossible to get anything with the demand there. So, we thought we'd give LA a try and see where that goes! So far, so good. I do miss home a ton and REALLY miss my old kitchen (even though it is only 1/3 of the space that we have now). I have a lot of history in that kitchen, so it was really difficult to say goodbye. :(
Life has been good so far, though I get homesick every once in awhile. Good thing for technology because I've been facetiming my family and friends more often than ever. It's true that distance really makes the heart grow fonder. We don't know many people here, but hopefully that will change soon. We're lucky enough to have Nate's cousin nearby who was kind enough to take us out to explore Ktown. You know how much I LOVE Korean food, so this was a treat for us.
We headed to Han Bat Sul Long Tang for bone broth. I've been needing some nutrients so this was perfect. Afterwards Josh took us to Somi Somi for the taiyaki ice cream. You can check out my full adventure here!
Let me know where else I should check out in LA. I cannot wait to eat my way through this town. :D
