Grilled Bruschetta with Burrata

I have 6 tomato plants about to pop some fresh πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…. Time to make some bruschetta!!!

5 cloves garlic, minced
ΒΌ cup fresh basil
2 cups ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Drizzle of olive oil

Bread

Burrata

  1. Combine everything in a bowl.

  2. Drizzle olive oil on some bread and grill until toasty and golden brown. Rub a clove of garlic for some garlic essence.

  3. Add burrata and top off with freshly made bruschetta. Enjoy!
